Conventional (Airspray) Atomisation
created purely by air to achieve a fine spray mist in order to provide a high quality paint finish
Airless Atomisation
created purely by fluid pressure being forced through a small orifice to create the fluid atomisation. Ideal for large areas where high speed of production is required
Aircoat (Air-assisted Airless)
A combination of conventional and airless to offer a blend of high production speed and good finish
Electrostatic
This can be applied to each of the above application methods, as a way of improving transfer efficiency and to aid the coating of awkward shaped products. The electrostatic charge is applied to the paint and the charged paint is then attracted to the substrate as a result. Suitable for steel and wooden products
Two Component
In these days of higher performance coatings, there is an increased demand for materials to be in the form of a blend of base and activator which can be pre mixed before spray application.
Due to the short “pot-life” once the product has been blended, it is often practical to incorporate a mixing system to ensure accuracy of mix and that paint is not wasted.
We offer a range of systems to cater for most requirements with both fixed and variable ratio blending available
