HVLP & XVLP Turbines


HVLP & XVLP Low-pressure turbine spraying systems use a high volume of air and low air pressure (up to 0.7 bar). Atomised air is generated in the turbo blower, this flows through an air hose to the paint container attached to the spray gun. In the paint container it then builds up pressure. Once up to the required pressure, the coating material is transported along the uptake pipe and then to the nozzle which atomises it with the remaining air.

XVLP technology (EXtra Volume Low Pressure) is based on the HVLP technology. The XVLP series has greater atomisation power due to 60% higher air volume in comparison with other low-pressure devices, this allows for a far wider range of materials to be sprayed with this method. Turbine powered spraying systems allow for varnishes, standard lacquers, high-viscosity lacquers, water-based and Solvent-based paints can all be applied to a professional finishing standard.
