Honeywell’s Air Fed Mask, AirVisor MV2 Paint Kit is a constant flow supplied air respirator designed to EN14594, to be used in conjunction with a filter system. A regulator in the waist belt unit maintains an over-pressure inside the visor ensuring that no contamination can enter.

For use in paint spray operations, e.g. automotive (especially isocyanate paints), furniture etc., also for use in the general chemical industry. Specifically for use where the operator must (or prefers to) use a single air hose to supply both the respirator and the spray gun. In this case the waist belt/regulator unit ensures that the flow of air to the visor is consistent, irrespective of the air being drawn off by the triggering of the spray gun, ensuring that sufficient air reaches the user with warning whistle in case of insufficient flow.

Features & Benefits

The Air Fed – AirVisor MV2 Paint Kit is supplied with an Acetate visor providing resistance against solvents. A Polycarbonate visor available for areas where impact is the main risk.

Honeywell’s Airvisor MV2 Paint Kit mask also includes Fabric head and neck cover quick connect air supply hose Warning whistle. The warning whistle operates when the supply pressure is insufficient to guarantee the user’s safety Quick release connector and spray gun air hose, for use with an auxiliary air tool or spray gun connected to it and Paint Spraying kit Inlet connector for air from the factory compressed air system.
