The Gramos Phosphate Wipe, is Iron Phosphate wet wipe ready to use, designed to quickly and effortlessly impart high performance iron phosphate coatings to ferrous metal components. They combine a high quality, non-linting wipe with a specially designed treatment solution, which dries to form a high quality phosphate coating.

A single application can significantly increase the corrosion resistance of components and enhance the adhesion of paints and powder coatings. For critical applications where heavier coating weights are required, multiple treatments can be used to build up the coating weight leaving users with a finish which is traditionally only possible with spray or immersion phosphate treatments.

Phosphate Wipes are typically used where conventional phosphating processes are not available. They provide a quick easy to use alternative to traditional phosphating methods, eliminating the need for expensive multistage spray or immersion treatment processes. They can also be used to compliment traditional treatment processes where they provide a reliable method of repairing damaged coatings or touching up hard to reach areas.
