Prona Drum Cover Pneumatic Agitator, the Prona pneumatic drum cover agitator is a popular agitator/stirrer for industrial paint stirring applications. Pneumatic motors help the machine operate absolutely safely and cleanly.
The Prona Drum Cover Pneumatic Agitator is designed for use with 20Ltr Container with a Ø305mm diameter, easy and quick to replace the material container. The agitator/stirrer propeller was researched by Prona and selected from hundreds of test samples to achieve the ability to disperse highly dense substances such as industrial paints while ensuring the stability of the entire body.

The Prona Drum Cover Pneumatic Agitator is made of high-quality materials, have sufficient strength and are resistant to chemicals. The shaft, propeller and agitator blades are made of high-strength stainless steel. All other parts of the agitator are made of durable and wear-resistant materials.
- Suitable for large volumes of work, up to 30Ltr max, with a Ø305mm lid diameter.
- The robust, easy-to-use Prona automatic air mixer is designed for long, uninterrupted operation.
- The pneumatic agitator does not have an electric drive (or other electrical components) and can therefore be used in fire-prone areas. Compared to its electric counterparts, the pneumatic stirrer is characterized by low noise and vibration levels, which allows you to work with the tool for a long time.
- It is equipped with a dispersing propeller for mixing of liquids, preparation of homogeneous solutions and creation of low-viscosity emulsions, the dispersion propeller has better wear resistance and corrosion resistance, it is more cost-effective and has a longer life.
- The precisely thought-out arrangement of the pneumatic mixer blades allows you to capture the entire volume of liquid without leaving “dead zones”, which results in high-quality mixing of materials. The design of the propeller minimizes the aeration process (saturation with air bubbles).
- The shaft, propeller and agitator blades are made of high-strength stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant and suitable for mixing food-grade materials. Ideal for high speed mixing.
