The Prona paint stirrer model RB-BA is designed with a convenient lifting shaft, making it extremely easy and quick to replace the stirring tank. The agitator/stirrer wing was researched by Prona and selected from hundreds of test samples to achieve the ability to dissolve highly dense substances such as industrial paints while ensuring the stability of the entire body.

All components of the RB-BA agitators are made of high-quality materials, have sufficient strength and are resistant to chemicals. The shaft, propeller and agitator blades are made of high-strength SUS 304 stainless steel. All other parts of the agitator are made of durable and wear-resistant materials.

- The robust, easy-to-use RB-BA Prona automatic air mixer is designed for long, uninterrupted operation.
- The pneumatic agitator does not have an electric drive (or other electrical components) and can therefore be used in fire-prone areas. Compared to its electric counterparts, the pneumatic stirrer is characterised by low noise and vibration levels, which allows you to work with the tool for a long time.
- It is equipped with a three-bladed propeller for rapid mixing of liquids, preparation of homogeneous solutions, and creation of low-viscosity emulsions.
- The precisely thought-out arrangement of the pneumatic mixer blades allows you to capture the entire volume of liquid without leaving “dead zones”, which results in high-quality mixing of materials. The design of the propeller minimises the aeration process (saturation with air bubbles).
- The lifting type automatic agitator is equipped with a tripod, which allows the operator to select the optimal height for mixing the material.
- The shaft, propeller and agitator blades are made of high-strength SUS 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant and suitable for mixing food-grade materials.

Maintenance Recommendations
- In order to increase the service life of the equipment and its efficiency, it is recommended to clean the pneumatic agitator and related tools after each use.
- Periodic use of lubricant will help reduce friction, reduce wear and tear on parts, and extend tool life.
- It is recommended to check the condition of the agitator blades regularly before operation. In the event of damage or deformation, they must be replaced with original Prona parts.
