Product Description

The Wagner Metallic Nozzles, X1 F5 & X1 F5-X, a special metallic flat-jet nozzles especially for the application of metallic powder and for coatings with difficult effects for PEM-X1 Guns. They counteract deposits through an adapted internal geometry and the optimized positioning of the new Wagner Electrode Holder X1 F5 SP in the nozzle. Please note the Wagner X1-F5 Outer Nut also required.

This ensures highest coating quality even with the most delicate metallic powder coatings, reduces time-consuming reworking of the workpieces, which can add up to thousands of pounds per year in terms of the working time required for this, and rejects. Fast color changes in improved quality and short cycle times are also supported.

• Flexible application – The X1 F5 nozzles, 5cm longer than the standard nozzle, can also be used as a short nozzle extension, which is extremely practical when coating smaller cabinets for example.
