The Wagner PEA-X1 Gun is the new generation of automatic powder guns. The powerful high-voltage cascade ensures a very high application efficiency. With the optimized nozzle system, very thin and uniform coating thicknesses are achieved, and the powder consumption is reduced. With various nozzles and accessories, the PEA-X1 auto gun can be adapted to a wide range of specific coating tasks. The new angled nozzles, for example, can be used to reach difficult spots on the workpiece. With the angled adapter, this advantage can be extended even further. Even with difficult metallic and effect powders, high coating quality can be achieved with the new guns. The special modular design of the nozzle system minimizes wear part costs. All electronic components are integrated into the robust gun body, which is designed for a long service life with low service costs. The basic version of the gun the optionally available with XL extension tubes.

With its modular design and the variety of accessories, the new Wagner PEA-X1 gun family enables a wide field of applications for all kinds of customer requirements. Thanks to their flexibility, the guns ideally meet the high demands of today’s production processes. For example, the basic gun of the PEA-X1 can be combined with a bracket, XL Extension or robot adapters. The PER-X1, in turn, can be combined with various robot mounts for single or dual use.
