Another advantage of electronic mixing is that you only mix what is needed, reducing waste considerably. Using the 2 component mixing and dosing system, surface quality can be considerably improved. The extension options allow the use of up to five paints and two hardeners.

New Remote Control – A competitively priced remote control unit is available for operating the functions Start, Stop, Flush and Change Recipe. The recipe number is shown in the display.
Consumption Data – The Flex Control Smart automatically saves consumption data: consumption volumes of the A, B and C components and flushing agent, VOC totals, job totals and alarms. Using a USB stick, the data can be transferred onto a PC and assessed and archived there using a management software.
Parameterization Software Smart Data – Using the Smart Data configuration software, all system parameters and recipes run not only via the touch display of the Wagner Flex Control Smart, but can also be set via an external PC and transferred to the system via a USB connection.
