The Wagner AirCap AR5000, Wagner’s many years of experience in the field of electrostatic coating are brought to bear in the development of the new spraying device. The combination of the Wagner GM5000EA Manual Gun or Wagner GA5000EA Automatic Gun, along with the Wagner Nozzle AR5000 provide optimal surface quality and high transfer efficiency for a multitude of paints.

Wagner’s Electrostatic AirSpray Nozzles and AirCaps provide extraordinarily good spray pattern. In particular, the new and innovative round spray nozzles with an annular gap and double swirling guarantee outstanding atomisation. The optimal combination for each application can be selected from an assortment of various nozzle types and air caps.

Fan spray aircap and jet AF5000 narrow – lower spray jet width at lower air speed. Fan spray air cap and jet AF5000 wide – greater spray jet width at lower air speed. Round spray nozzle AR5000 D8 – small spray jet diameter, holohedral with swirl effect.. Round spray nozzle AR5000 D12 – large spray jet diameter, holohedral with swirl effect. The fan spray nozzles from 0.6mm to 2.0mm are colour-coded and exchangeable tool-free. The correct jet and spray jet diameter can thus be found quickly and easily.

• Round Spray AR5000 D8 – Full cone with swirl and small spray pattern diameter

Different nozzle diameters from 0.6 up to 2 mm are available for flat spray to adapt the spray gun to low and high material flow and viscosities. The colour coded nozzles can be changed without tools to aid in the process of finding the right nozzle size for the job.
