Product Description

Wagner Aircoat Hose Set (Air & Fluid) for use with Wagner GM4100AC, GM4600AC & GM4700AC AirCoat Guns, for working pressure levels of Max. 270bar. The Wagner AirCoat Hose Set, twin hose comprise the standard Wagner HP product hose with PA inner tube, diameter DN3 or DN4 and an air hose DN6 with G¼” fitting. The two hoses are routed in a robust and flexible protective hose made of PA fiber.

Features & Benefits

Wagner AirCoat Hoses, for transporting surface coating fluids, e.g. lacquer, hardener, solvent, separating agent or stains up to working pressure levels of Max. 270bar.

• For all Fluids – Product hoses made of polyamide or PTFE, suitable for all fluids.
• Optimum handling – AirCoat double hose with protective hose for optimum handling.
• Stainless Steel Hose Fittings – Hose fitting basically made of stainless steel, suitable for all lacquers, solvents, and hardeners.
• High Flexibility – Textile hose reinforcement for good flexibility.

The two hoses are routed in a robust and flexible protective hose made of PA fibre, made of PTFE or FEP are recommended for aggressive fluids such as isocyanate-based hardeners.
