The Wagner IP5000 Powder Pump, a pneumatic feed pump for low air feeding of large powder quantities. It can convey powder quantities of up to 5kg/min with low dust generation. It has an integrated service interval display, which almost eliminates unplanned production interruptions. An automatic flushing and cleaning program is integrated for safe and quick colour change.

The Wagner IP5000 Powder Pump is suitable for all your bulk powder pumping needs. The IP5000 can be used with any application package, regardless of size. Just feed in straight from the box, the 200Ltr barrel or a BigBag. The Wagner IP5000 Powder Pump can be easily integrated into the production process and is also excellently suited for emptying secondary filter tanks or for the intermediate transportation from one powder storage to the next.

The inline design principle combined with smooth and tight part components ensure a smooth powder flow. The combination of vacuum and dense flow feeding is the basis for the constant and high pump output. The IP5000 can be used for following Wagner Powder Centres: – PZ 2008 Powder Centre – Supercentres 2012 – PXM Powder Centre – PXS Powder Centre.

• Rapid Paint Changes – Simple operation without multiple assignment of the keys. The automatic cleaning program for the suction and feeding direction as well as the adjustable flushing function, which allows quick colour changes.
• Excellent Coating Results – Four pre-set and freely programmable recipes for flat and complex parts as well as for recoating save time-consuming manual adjustments of the electrostatics. The active service interval display with residual run indicator ensures optimum maintenance procedures.
• Reliable – The pump enables high flow rates with low air consumption. Long feeding distances of up to 50 meters can be handled without problems.
• Strong Performance – The basis for the constant and high feeding capacity is the combination of vacuum and dense flow feeding.
• Processible Working Materials – In principle most if not all powder lacquers can be fed with the powder pump, for example epoxy, polyester, mixed powders EP/PES/PUR.
