Product Description
The Wagner Peristaltic Powder Pump System, used for the intermediate feeding of coating powders using little air by means of alternating pinch valves. The Peristaltic Powder Pump can be used for dust free feeding of the powder recovered by a Wagner powder coating booth to the powder container (e.g. powder feed centre). All coating powders e.g. epoxy, polyester including tribo powders can be processed with this system.
The powder captured in the cyclone reaches the surface of the screen with the discharge flow. There, the large particles of dirt are trapped, while the powder passes through the screen and slides along the funnel to the Peristaltic Powder Pump, from where it is conveyed to the container or powder feed centre.
Features & Benefits
The Wagner Peristaltic Powder Pump is a passive system that is filled from above. A typical application is feeding powder recovered from a cyclone. The peristaltic feed pump includes a control that coordinates the alternating operation of the valves and thus the blow-out cycles. This system offers robustness and paint change reliability.
-
- High Efficiency – The design of the feeder allows for large feed capacities with low investment costs.
- Reliability – Robust technology ensures high availability and safety.
- Optimal Maintenance – Low-wear feed technology ensures low maintenance.
- Energy Efficiency – The basis for the constant and high feeding capacity is the combination of vacuum and dense flow feeding.
