The Wagner Cobra 40:10 Finishing a durable double diaphragm pump for AirCoat applications up to 250bar. The extremely small inside volume has no dead space, which makes for lightning-fast paint change and low flushing-agent consumption. The pump operates almost pulsation-free and thereby enables a uniform paint flow, achieving perfect spraying and superb surface quality, recommended for single-gun in the wood and furniture industry and small joinery shops. Ice-free and quiet, due to the intelligent internal geometry. Extremely robust, user-friendly, proven time and time again!

The Wagner Cobra 40:10 Finishing pump is just as powerful as many a large-scale piston pumps. The Cobra is the first high-pressure pump without packing, which means that it operates virtually without friction or shear. It is an extremely low-wear product that handles sensitive and reactive paints gently (UV paints, acrylics and isocyanates).

Material Friendly – Large valve cross-sections and the hermetically closed, packing-free construction are the ideal qualifications for processing all types of paints and hardeners – especially for sensitive UV paints, isocyanates and acrylates or abrasive corrosion protection materials.
Suitable for frequent color changes – The reduced internal volume leads to a significantly reduced solvent consumption during the spraying process, ideal pump for frequent color changes.
High Surface Quality – The pump works practically pulsation-free and thus enables an absolutely constant paint flow for a perfect spray jet and very high surface quality.
