Wagner ACF3000 Nozzle, AirCoat Nozzles are characterised by their soft and fine atomisation. The wide range enables optimal adaptation to the application. Wagner AirCoat, when quality matters, Swiss precision is at the core of this technology. Wagner’s AirCoat precision nozzles are manufactured under application of the most advanced processes and meet the requirements of the latest paint systems. The dome geometry and high-tech sanding and erosion methods during manufacture ensure extremely fine atomisation with low energy consumption (material pressure).

To ensure a long service life and low wear and tear, the nozzle is made from durable carbide. The AirCoat Nozzle guarantees brilliant paint finishes: ensuring an even spray pattern and extremely gentle graduated borders, with both small and large quantities of atomised air. The Wagner ACF3000 Nozzles were designed specifically for processing high solid paints. We stock a wide range of flat (ACF & ACFPlus+) and round (ACR) spray nozzles for perfect finishing results.
