The Wagner PROTEC 2k 64-150/75 – 2:1 Mechanical Mixing System with high-pressure piston pumps, stainless steel, for Airless applications up to 465 bar and 6 Ltr/min. Extremely robust and ideal for heavy corrosion protection. The mixing and dosing unit, Wagner Protec 2K 64-150/75 automatically determines the correct 2:1 mixing ratio and guarantees the best possible coating quality. Only the exact amount of required material is mixed saving time and material. High power even with high viscosity materials and high coating thicknesses.

Modern high-performance corrosion protection and marine coatings are formulated with high and ultra-high solid content and most of them are 2-component based. These coatings require an accurate proportioning and mixing of the resin with the hardener to ensure the chemical reaction which enables the mixture to harden and reach the expected chemical and mechanical properties.

6 | Large Solid Rubber Wheels – Excellent rolling characteristics on all terrain. Solid rubber tail wheel, so no air leaks and integrated brake.

7 | IceBreaker Air Motor – Performance not affected in any way by icing. The 10″ Air Motor ensures sufficient pressure up to 500bar.

8 | Flush Pump Leopard 35:70 – Optional, also available as retro-fit set.

9 | Pressure Gauge – For permanent pressure monitoring. Always under control, the pressure gauge is easily visible.

10 | Robust Feed Pumps – Fluid sections can be easily exchanged for changing the mix ratio. Two large Hoppers and large intake valves at the pump ensure a constant and reliable material supply.
