Reconditioned Wagner GM5000EACF Gun, Wagner’s Electrostatic AirCoat Guns are designed for a material pressure of 250bar (highest in the market for Electrostatic AirCoat guns). Reduce overspray, get into those awkward corners. The electrostatic gun charges the molecules in the paint making it attract to the “blind side” of the product being sprayed. Save paint and hit those awkward areas for total coverage.
This is a great way to buy a spare/replacement gun, fully refurbished, at less than half the price they are new. Anyone who knows these guns will be aware of their performance. Makes a good cost-effective option, or back up/spare for existing system. Ideal for metal framework, gates, and other multi-faceted products. If you do not have a pump, Hoses or cable, no problem. We can supply these in addition.

1 | Best Atomisation – Unique designed air caps for flat spray and round spray make it possible to achieve an optimum result for different paints.

3 | 250bar Maximum Pressure – Following the development of increasing paint viscosity the GM5000EAC Gun is designed for a maximum material pressure of 250bar (highest in the market for electrostatic AirCoat guns). Therefore the gun is suitable to apply high viscosity materials even with long hoses.
4 | Material Filter Included – For perfect surface results and to avoid clogging of the nozzle, a material filter is integrated in the Wagner GM5000EAC Gun. It can be opened without removing the material hose from the gun, reducing downtime.
5 | Material & Air Swivels – Maneuverability and handling of the GM5000EAC can be increased by using material- and air swivels. Available as option. |

- Flexible Electrode – The material is ionized by the extremely flexible and durable electrode directly on the material jet. It maintains its form and provides a constant material charge and good wrap-around effect.
