Product Description
The Wagner AquaCoat 5010 Manual for the electrostatic processing of water-based lacquers and separating agents with manual guns. Completely insulated construction with internal charging of the materials for manual spraying applications, AirSpray and AirCoat. Basic spray sets including cabinet and control unit, pump set and guns can also be customised.
The Wagner AquaCoat Systems are Compliant with VOC regulations due to the avoidance of solvent-based materials and provides maximum level of safety thanks to mechanical locking during application and restriction of the discharge energy to 350mJ.
Achieve reproducible coatings by selecting from up to three receipts on the gun and locking of the process parameters. Improvement in material efficiency due to the Spray-O-Round effect and reduction in dirt and required cleaning work thanks to minimal overspray.

- Simple electrostatic processing of water-based coatings – With the AquaCoat systems, you have ready-configured systems for simple and safe processing of water-based coatings and release agents. Each system is available with the corresponding control unit, pump and gun.
- Outstanding application effect – The manual guns are designed for most water-based products with a specific resistance of the spray material of between 1kΩ·cm and 1MΩ·cm. The guns are fitted with a special, permanently connected product hose and offer a soft and homogenous spray jet for maximum coating quality and excellent application efficiency.
- Serviceability – All control and operating elements of the AquaCoat system are easy to access from outside centrally on the control unit.
- Highest Security Level – During application, access to the inside of the system is mechanically blocked. The most important security systems are doubled and thus offer an optimal protection for the user.
- Rapid – amortisation due to material savings of up to 50% and up to 20% shortercoating times due to electrostatic application of Water Based Primers, Paints or Release Agents.
- Various AquaCoat Cabinets – Two sizes of cabinet are available with the new generation of Aquacoat systems. The slim basic AquaCoat 5010 is suited to areas with little available space. The wide basic AquaCoat 5020 provides considerably more space for larger tanks, possible extensions, and increased freedom of movement in the cabinet during maintenance work. There are also two product variants, the AquaCoat 5010G cabinet is constructed with a inspection window for checking the level of the separating agent / paint container.
