Designed for material transport, transfer and circulation, the double-diaphragm pump operates at up to 8bar and 80 litres per minute. It is suitable for automatic and manual spray guns, as well as electrostatic, HVLP and conventional air-atomisation systems applying coatings to wood, metal, synthetic materials, glass or leather.
Wagner Zip80 Pumps suit a broad range of applications, including feeding oils and lubricants and handling high-viscosity, shear-sensitive, thixotropic or heat-sensitive paints, as well as standard coatings. The Wagner Zip80 air motor delivers high performance with reduced air consumption and requires no additional lubrication.
