Walther Pilot have developed a product range tailored especially to the requirements of applying adhesives. Although the spray guns used for adhesive application are externally similar to the ones used for painting, here again it is the “internal components” that count.

The PILOT Klebond L System includes the PILOT III-K Spray Gun is intended exclusively for use with solvent-based adhesives. It has proven its qualities in the upholstery industry and for laminating adhesives in the automotive industry. Special HS (high solid) or SHS (super high solid) air caps are available. Material pressure tank, Walther PILOT MDG 22 or MDG 45 (max. 6 bar), stainless steel, without agitator. Spray gun, Walther PILOT III-K. Compressed air inlet fitting with an additional reduction valve for the spray gun. 5m Hose Set Also Availble as trolley mounted version.
