Walther PILOT Klebond D, the Walther PILOT Klebond D adhesive application system is for use for in Dispersion Adhesive applications. Walther Pilot have developed a product range tailored especially to the requirements of applying adhesives, although the spray guns user for adhesive application are externally similar to the ones used for painting, here again it is the “internal components” that count.

Features & Benefits

The PILOT Klebond L System includes the Walther PILOT HVLP Spray Gun for use with dispersion adhesives. It has proven its qualities in the upholstery industry and for laminating adhesives in the automotive industry. Special HS (high solid) or SHS (super high solid) air caps are available. Material pressure tank, Walther PILOT MDG 22 or MDG 45 (max. 6 bar), stainless steel, without agitator. HVLP Spray gun, Walther PILOT XIII-ND, PILOT Maxi ND or PILOT Premium ND Compressed air inlet fitting with an additional reduction valve for the spray gun. 5m Hose Set Also Availble as trolley mounted version.
