The Wagner Puma 28:40 SP-EAC Electrostatic Finishing System – High-Pressure Piston Pump, with the Wagner GM5000EAC Electrostatic AirCoat Gun and Wagner VM5000 Controller. Ideal for various manufacturing processes such as joinery manufacture and metal fabrications. The unique internal design of the motor and its special discharge valves drastically reduce ice formation and prevent accumulation to ensure superior performance and exceptional reliability.

The Wagner Puma 28:40 SP-EAC Finishing Pump, along with the Wagner GM5000EAC is designed for a max. material pressure of 250bar (highest in the market for Electrostatic AirCoat guns). Suitable to apply high viscosity materials even with long hoses. The right combination of Airless, AirSpray and Electrostatic charging, combined with the unique Wagner know-how, results in perfect finishing, high productivity, soft spray pattern, excellent wrap around and very high transfer efficiency. Wagner electrostatic guns have been designed with the comfort of the operator in mind. Ergonomic interaction is enhanced because the gun is lighter and requires less trigger and holding force, reducing operator fatigue considerably.

2 | Safe Operation – The pressure regulator is integrated with a safety air valve to ensure when it is closed that no pressure is left in the air motor.

3 | Service Friendly – The release agent cup is easily accessible. The quick-release coupling between the piston rod and air motor make it possible to quickly and easily disconnect the fluid section.

4 | Filtration & Recirculation – The fluid section has the option to be fitted with a high pressure fluid filter or release combo for a quick pressure release, fill or flush function. The Wagner SP-EAC Puma 28:40 is supplied with the HP-Filter DN10 PN270.

5 | Under Full Pressure – The packing-free, anti-stalling pilot valve is always fed by full air pressure, regardless of the adjusted working pressure, to guarantee high speed inversions & optimal performance.

6 | Performance & Durability – Self-adjusting packings and a thick hard chrome plated stainless steel fluid section ensures durability regardless of the material used.

7 | Acid Catalyst Option – All components that come into contact with the acid catalyst can be supplied in 316ss. This option can be used with the Twin Control & 2K Smart mix systems.

8 | Easy & long Lasting – Large ball valve with hard metal seats ensures strong suction power & extremely long working life. Easily opened for cleaning without disassembling the fluid section. The suction hose moves freely on a swivel joint.

High Pressure Material Filter

High pressure filters for high flow rates. To be mounted directly at the pump outlet. Equipped with big and easy to clean filter insert Type L. Completely made from stainless steel. The ball valve is used to depressurise the pump in order to prime or flush the pump directly w/o dismantling the HP-hose. The ball valve can also be used to install a full circulation system, when e.g. material must be heated or circulated for other reasons.

1 | Best Atomisation – Unique designed air caps for flat spray and round spray make it possible to achieve an optimum result for different paints.

Flat Spray LV – best for low to medium viscosity material – red marking
Flat Spray HV – best for medium to high viscosity material – blue marking
Round spray – adjustable width

The air caps are color coded to avoid mistakes when replacing them.

2 | Unique ACF 5000 Nozzles –The new developed and patent pending ACF5000 nozzle combines perfect spray pattern with easy flushing. If the nozzle is blocked it can be turned 180° to spray out the clog.

3 | 250bar Maximum Pressure – Following the development of increasing paint viscosity the GM5000EAC Gun is designed for a maximum material pressure of 250bar (highest in the market for electrostatic AirCoat guns). Therefore the gun is suitable to apply high viscosity materials even with long hoses.

4 | Material Filter Included – For perfect surface results and to avoid clogging of the nozzle, a material filter is integrated in the Wagner GM5000EAC Gun. It can be opened without removing the material hose from the gun, reducing downtime.

5 | Material & Air Swivels – Maneuverability and handling of the GM5000EAC can be increased by using material- and air swivels. Available as option.
