The Wagner Leopard 35:70 PE/TG – High-pressure piston pump, stainless steel for AirCoat & Airless applications. Ideal for industrial coatings in the wood and metal industries. Powerful & Reliable, the extremely low pulsation and low maintenance controller offers very high reliability, even during continuous operation. Ideal for Airless and AirCoat coatings with low to medium viscosity materials in cabinet making, wood working, furniture and metal working operations. The Fluid Section is made entirely of high quality stainless steel and is designed for a long service life and low wear, even when conveying abrasive and chemically corrosive material.

Material Filter

High pressure filters for high flow rates. To be mounted directly at the pump outlet. Equipped with big and easy to clean filter insert Type L. Completely made from stainless steel. The ball valve is used to depressurize the pump in order to prime or flush the pump directly w/o dismantling the HP-hose. The ball valve can also be used to install a full circulation system, when e.g. material must be heated or circulated for other reasons. Advantages Easy to Clean – Large product filter, easy to flush and clean, for optimum service. Up to 270 bar – For product pressure up to 270 bar. Easy to Remove – Stable ball cock in easily accessible position. Complete Solutions, Standardised connection geometry for product return systems: from simple pressure relief to complex material circulation. Suitable for timber, synthetic materials or metal coatings, thin paints or high-viscous corrosion protection.
